As summer winds down and everyone tries to soak up the last rays ahead of the bank holiday weekend, our Customer Experience team traded their usual office view for a tombola booth outside Greenwich station, giving us the chance to meet and greet our much-loved customers in person.
Every journey matters to us, and we wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank our customers for their continued loyalty. From an ice cream van to a tombola booth, there was something for everyone - whether it was enjoying a sweet treat or winning practical DLR-branded goodies, such as sunglasses, stress balls, caps, and even lunch boxes.
