Catrina Lynch, Community and Stakeholder Manager

Cat joined KAD in 2022. Since then, she has focused on building strong relationships and driving impactful community engagement through strategic partnerships and the work of our Community Ambassador team.

Under Cat’s leadership, KAD launched its first Community Grant Programme in 2024, awarding £10,000 per month to local projects, with a total grant pot of £100,000. She also played a key role in the rollout of DLR Community Assist, supporting communities along the DLR line with accessible and safe travel solutions.

Cat leads the Community and Stakeholder strategy for the business and oversees our wider charity initiatives.
